Jana Halíková

I came to recruitment in 2010 when I moved from the banking sector to the position of recruiter in the world’s largest recruitment agency. The positions that I staffed were mostly in industrial production companies – from staff for the actual production, through logistics, acquisition, finance, HR, to managerial positions. At Adecco I met my great colleagues Vlaďka and Lída, and by a lucky coincidence in 2012 I started collaborating with them and with other colleagues in a smaller Czech recruitment and consultancy agency. In this period I took up more projects in banking, which linked my previous practical experience from this field with my activities in recruitment and executive search. After maternity leave I was happy to join my colleagues again.

For me the most important thing in recruiting is to make sure that both the client and the candidate are happy. It is always a nice bonus if both parties are happy and come back to me after a couple of years.

Besides recruitment and executive search I love sewing and fashion, especially ladies’ and girls’ skirts. I also enjoy photography and travelling with my family, both in the Czech Republic and abroad.
