As a recruiter I collaborate mainly with production companies, both in engineering and in dealing with business of financial positions. I always strive to find connections between the company with which I collaborate and the addressed candidate, to deliver top performance and do the most I can to make the candidate and the client happy.

I am happy when a candidate is hired by my client’s company and even happier when they are satisfied in the long term, when I see them thrive in their job, and when they say they have made a good decision. That makes sense to me and brings good vibes, and you never get tired of hearing that.

I have been working in recruitment since 2014. I started in a smaller recruitment company where I had the opportunity to meet experienced and dedicated colleagues who showed me the beauty of recruitment. Over time I managed to work my way up to middle and higher management.
