I have been working in recruitment since 2009, but even as a child I always enjoyed connecting people, and getting the best out of them fascinated me. I was always interested in what people were doing, why they were doing it and what they liked about their work, and how they could contribute to others. I am very grateful for the fact that I make my living from what comes naturally to me.
After graduating I started working for one of the world’s leading agencies, where I learned many useful things for which I am immensely grateful, and I continue to build on this experience. However, what I also learned there was the importance of freedom, which, of course, comes with great responsibility.
This is why my next career step was to a smaller agency that offered me a lot of freedom in my work – I am still in contact with my colleagues from that time, and they continue to inspire me. Most of my clients are industrial companies. Most of the new colleagues I find for them come through executive search. I continuously learn new things from a broad range of experts across various professions; I enjoy seeking and meeting specialists, as well as members of middle and higher management. I try, with great humility, to sense their needs, their inner motivation. And when this clicks with the needs, values, and visions of my client, the feeling of accomplishment from a job well done is wonderful.
