About me

I have been working in recruitment since 2010. I graduated from university in management and HR development. During my career in recruitment I drew experience from working for Anderson Willinger, executive search companies, internal HR in Honeywell, a global development corporation, where I lead activities aimed at seeking talents in the Czech Republic and abroad. Over the past few years I have been working as an external recruiter and consultant for industrial and technological businesses.

Clients

My clients are companies all across the Czech Republic, mostly in industrial automation and custom production of machines or industrial lines, who have decided to expand their teams with talented individuals. These companies usually have a very clear idea about their future colleague and seek people that best meet their needs.

I also work for individual professionals whom I assist in developing their career, consult them on their potential career moves and the new challenges in their lives. My aim is to connect talents with specific companies, whose turn then it is to create a perfect position for the given individual.

Where can we meet

I live in the Beroun area. You can meet me outside with Alex (he looks just like Falco from the Never-ending Story). I like riding my bike up hills (it is very hilly around here) and I hiking with my group of friends to explore the great outdoors and camp “in the wild”.
